You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time. Here is how, and exactly what happens to your data.
In the app
This immediately removes your login access and deactivates your account.
By email
If you cannot access the app, email info@cowboy-systems.com from your account's email address with the subject line Delete my account. We process these requests within 30 days.
Your login credentials, profile information (name, email address, phone number, and profile photo), and in-app preferences are permanently deleted.
Cowboy Health is used by licensed healthcare providers. Clinical records tied to care you received, such as appointment history, clinical documents, and treatment records, may be retained by your healthcare provider for the period required by applicable medical-records retention laws, typically up to 7 years, after which they are permanently deleted.
These records are held by your healthcare provider solely to meet legal recordkeeping obligations. They are not used to re-identify, profile, or contact you for any other purpose.
