Morgan Gallagher is the lead yoga instructor at Cowboy Yoga, bringing a dynamic, high-energy, and deeply intentional approach to every class she teaches.

She designs each session to meet students exactly where they are — whether they're stepping onto the mat for the first time or looking to level up their strength and endurance.

Her classes blend sculpt and buti yoga styles with strength-building flows, breath work, and mindful movement to create an experience that is both powerfully challenging and deeply empowering. Expect sculpted cores, fiery energy, dance-like rhythms, and that satisfying burn that leaves you feeling strong, confident, and alive.

Morgan believes yoga is a tool for transformation, resilience, and radiant energy — not just exercise. She is passionate about helping every body discover its power through movement.

Outside the studio, Morgan is a proud mother, daughter, wife, and loved friend. She loves traveling, dancing, fashion, coaching ice hockey, skiing, fly fishing, and rock climbing. With over 20 years of experience as a hair creator specializing in coloring, balayage, and curl management, she has a passion for all natural hair and body products. Passionate about functional movement and continuing education, she is dedicated to building a welcoming community where every student feels capable, inspired, and ready to show up fully for themselves.
