- Companion Pass information — if you hold a Companion Pass, we collect the name and contact details of the companion you designate, solely for the purpose of managing shared class credits and access.
- Payment information — payment transactions are processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full card numbers or CVV codes on our systems.
- Health disclosures — if you voluntarily share information about an injury, medical condition, or physical limitation in order to receive appropriate modifications during class, we treat this with the same care as health information.
- Employment applications — resume, CV, certifications, work history, and contact information submitted through our careers page or via email.
- Communications — the content of any email, message, or inquiry you send to us.

The Companion Pass is a shared membership allowing two individuals to draw from a single pool of 20 monthly classes. When you designate a companion, you confirm that you have obtained their consent to share their name and contact information with us for the sole purpose of managing the shared pass. Companion information is used only in connection with your account and is not shared further or used for marketing without explicit consent.
Health Disclosures
Cowboy Yoga operates as part of Cowboy Healthcare's integrated wellness model. If you voluntarily disclose health or injury information to an instructor for the purpose of receiving appropriate modifications, that information is treated confidentially and used solely to provide safe, appropriate instruction. It is not stored in a formal medical record unless you also receive physical therapy services through Cowboy Healthcare, in which case HIPAA applies. How We Share Your Information
We share your information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers — scheduling and booking platforms, payment processors, email communication tools, and website hosting providers who assist in operating our studio. All are required to protect your data.
- Cowboy Healthcare Physical Therapy — if you access both yoga and PT services, relevant information may be shared internally to coordinate your care, with your knowledge.
- Legal compliance — when required by law, court order, or government authority.

- Job applications — retained for one (1) year after the role is filled, then securely deleted unless you consent to longer retention.
