Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Cowboy Yoga website or purchasing, booking, or attending any Cowboy Yoga class or service, you ("Member," "student," or "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Cowboy Healthcare, LLC ("Cowboy Yoga," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use our website or services.
We may revise these Terms at any time. The current version is always available at this URL. Continued use of our services after any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to independently purchase a class pass or membership. Students aged 13–17 may participate with the written consent and active supervision of a parent or legal guardian. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.
Services Provided
Cowboy Yoga offers in-person therapeutic yoga classes in Ravenna, Ohio. Classes are led by certified yoga instructors and designed in collaboration with our physical therapy team. Class formats, schedules, instructors, and locations are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to cancel, combine, or reschedule any class due to low enrollment, instructor availability, or other operational reasons.
Class Bookings and Cancellations
All classes must be booked in advance through our online scheduling system or by calling our office. The following cancellation policy applies to all class types:
- Standard cancellation window: You must cancel at least 4 hours before the scheduled class start time to avoid forfeiting the class credit.
- Late cancellations (within 4 hours of class start) and no-shows will result in the loss of one class credit from your pass balance.
- Waitlisted students who are auto-enrolled from the waitlist are subject to the same cancellation policy once enrolled.
- Classes cancelled by Cowboy Yoga (due to instructor illness, studio closure, etc.) will be credited back to your account in full.
Class Passes — Drop-In and Class Packs
- Drop-In ($20/class) — valid for a single class on the date booked. Not transferable or refundable.
- 5-Class Pack ($85) — 5 class credits valid for 60 days from the date of purchase. Credits expire at the end of the validity period and are not refundable or extendable.
- 10-Class Pack ($150) — 10 class credits valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. Same expiry and non-refund terms as the 5-class pack.
- Class packs are non-transferable and may only be used by the purchasing account holder, except as described under the Companion Pass section below.
- Unused class credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, refunds, or exchanges.
Companion Pass — Terms and Conditions
The Companion Pass is a monthly auto-renewing membership that grants two individuals — one primary account holder and one designated companion — access to a shared pool of 20 class credits per billing month. The following terms apply exclusively to the Companion Pass:
- Shared credits: The 20 monthly credits are shared between the primary holder and the companion. Either person may use any credit at any time. Credits are deducted from the shared pool regardless of which member attends.
- Monthly reset: Credits reset to 20 at the start of each billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over to the following month and have no cash value.
- Companion designation: The companion must be named at enrollment. The companion may be changed once per membership year, with a minimum of 30 days' written notice to info@cowboyhealthcare.com. Mid-cycle companion changes take effect at the start of the next billing month.
- Non-transferability: The Companion Pass may not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any person other than the designated primary holder and their registered companion. Violation of this term may result in immediate cancellation of the pass without refund.
- Billing: The Companion Pass is billed monthly on the same date as the original enrollment date. Billing continues automatically until cancelled.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your Companion Pass at any time by providing at least 7 calendar days' notice before your next billing date. Cancellations requested with fewer than 7 days' notice will take effect at the following billing cycle. To cancel, email info@cowboyhealthcare.com with the subject line "Companion Pass Cancellation."
- Pausing: Pass pauses are not available at this time. Cancellation and re-enrollment is available at any time.
- Price changes: We reserve the right to adjust the Companion Pass monthly rate with at least 30 days' notice to the email address on file. Continued enrollment after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance of the new rate.
Private Sessions
Private yoga sessions are available at $90 per 60-minute session. Private sessions must be booked and confirmed in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full. Private sessions are non-refundable once the session has commenced.
Physical Safety and Assumption of Risk
Yoga involves physical activity that carries inherent risks, including the risk of physical injury. By participating in any Cowboy Yoga class or session, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, whether known or unknown. You represent that you are in adequate physical health to participate and that you will inform your instructor of any injury, medical condition, or physical limitation before class begins.
Cowboy Yoga is not a substitute for medical treatment. Instructors may offer modifications but are not medical providers. Always consult a licensed physician before beginning any new exercise program, particularly if you have a pre-existing injury or health condition.

Liability Waiver
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cowboy Healthcare, LLC, its instructors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or harm — including personal injury, property damage, or death — arising from participation in any Cowboy Yoga class, event, or activity. This limitation applies regardless of whether the loss arises from negligence, breach of contract, or any other legal theory.
Your total remedy for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific class or pass giving rise to the claim.
Payment and Billing
Payment is required at the time of booking or enrollment. We accept major credit and debit cards. All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time; changes to recurring memberships will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.
Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in suspension of your account pending resolution. For billing questions, email info@cowboyhealthcare.com.
Refund Policy
- Class pack purchases are non-refundable once issued, except as required by applicable law.
- Companion Pass monthly fees are non-refundable for the current billing period once charged.
- Refunds for classes cancelled by Cowboy Yoga will be issued as credit to your account.
- We may issue goodwill refunds or credits at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.
Studio Conduct
All students are expected to treat instructors, staff, and fellow students with respect. We reserve the right to remove any student from a class or revoke membership without refund if their behavior is disruptive, aggressive, or threatening to others. This includes conduct on our website, booking platform, or in any communication with our team.
Photography and Media
Photography, video recording, or audio recording during class is not permitted without prior written consent from the instructor and any individuals who may appear in the recording. Cowboy Yoga may photograph or film classes for marketing purposes; participants will be notified in advance and may opt out.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cowboy Healthcare, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Portage County, Ohio, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at info@cowboyhealthcare.com. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve the issue within 30 days.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
