Sculpt Yoga takes the best of resistance training and combines it with the breath-awareness and mobility of yoga. The result is a full-body workout that builds functional strength, improves posture, and burns serious calories — without ever leaving your mat.

Classes use bodyweight movements, light weights, and resistance bands woven into a flowing sequence. You'll move fast enough to get your heart rate up, slow enough to feel every muscle working.
